Return & Exchange
Return:
We have a customer friendly return and exchange policy. Any customer not satisfied with the product can return the product within 15 days of receiving the product.
The jewellery should be unused, in the proper form as was dispatched. All tags should be intact and attached to the jewellery. Customers intending to return the jewellery may please note, that the tags should not be removed from the jewellery. Removal of tag will constitute the jewellery as used.
All packaging and invoice accompanying the jewellery must be returned in their original state, and must be sent at the address mentioned below:

The customer wanting to return the jewellery is directed to fill the return form where a return voucher number will be generated at our website RETURNS, within 7 days of receipt of the jewellery and must ensure that the jewellery should reach the aforementioned address within 15 days of receipt of the jewellery.
This form has to be printed by the customer and sent to us in the parcel, mentioning the return voucher number on the front face of the parcel.
The customer returning the goods must ensure a full insurance of the goods being returned. All cost of postage, courier, insurance, etc. shall be borne by the customer.
After receipt of the parcel, an inspection of the jewellery is undertaken by the company. If the jewellery is found used, or tags are tampered in any way, or any other damage found in the jewellery, the jewellery will be accepted for exchange as per our exchange policy mentioned herein. Refund shall not be allowed. Decision of OTM Jewellery will be final and binding in this regard.
The refundable amount will be sent by a/c payee’s cheque. Alternatively, the amount can be deposited in the customer’s bank account, if details are furnished.
Refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Exchange:
Customers can exchange any jewellery purchased from OTM Jewellery’s website any time within 5 years of purchase.
Their account will be credited with 80% of the invoiced value of the jewellery being returned. All taxes, any credit card commission paid by OTM Jewellery shall be deducted. Value of any chipped, missing diamond/stone/metal shall also be deducted.
The credit balance will be intimated to the customer via e-mail. This balance can be utilized by the customer for any purchase from OTM Jewellery’s website.
